On 26 August, Petals’ Garden released an English translation patch for A Kiss For The Petals – Sweet Grown-up Kisses ( Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke wo – Amakute Otona no Torokeru Chuu). The Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke wo series, commonly referred to as sonohana, is a series of yuri visual novels with high sexual content.
It’s carved a niche for itself, as unlike many other VNs with lesbian sex it’s very vanilla. Sweet Grown-up Kisses is its ninth installment. In general the plot is sugar-sweet and any issues resolved quickly and/or through sex. That said, there is a plot, making sonohana novels slide far enough into the story spectrum to be interesting even if you’re more fascinated by the non-sexual parts.
Fuguriya, creator of the series, puts it this way: Harems of female protagonists, sex toys simulating male genitals, dick-girl transformations, gender bending, and entanglements with males, to say nothing of grotesque depictions of bodily fluids or depressing plot developments, are all completely absent. Its distinguishing characteristic is its portrayal of sexy, romantic relationships between girls.
Its appeal isn’t just cute girls having sex, but in the fun, lighthearted depiction of couples going out on dates and stealing kisses in school. Sonohana 9 brings back a couple we first saw in the seventh VN in the series, Suminoe Takako and Houraisen Runa, and tells the story of their first date.
We have a up for the VN already. If you want to learn more about the sonohana series, go to which has a massive amount of extra material translated.
What perfect timing. Just when I finished playing Lily Platinum, a new SonoHana game is announced And as if this wouldn’t be great enough already, it will yet again feature my favorite couple, Eris and Shizuku! This came as a big surprise, since this is the first time a SonoHana couple gets a third installment. And to be honest, if something like that ever happened, I was sure it would rather be about Mai and Reo instead, so this really came as a big surprise.
If I got that correctly, this game will show Eris and Shizuku’s vacation on an island together. Now, doesn’t this already sound like it’s going to be the best game ever?! Here are the release dates:.
Download version will be available May 23rd. Hard copies will be released May 31st For more information, check the. And finally, here are some promo pics. Doesn’t this look super promising?
The second game “Lily Platinum” is fully translated already, only the patch is not done yet. So I guess, it won't take that long until you can play it. Basically, you can already play the translated game, and that's also what I did, but I'd recommend you to wait until the final version of the patch it out. Still you're right, many of the SonoHana games are still not translated and that's no surprise considering the fact that new games are released every few months. Still I think that at some point, each and every one of them will have a translation.
Just click on the Listlessink link over on the sidebar to the right. From there, go to the Sono Hanabira section and there you'll find the links to download the VN's. All the links to the translations from that page seem broken, but if you google “petalsgarden”, you can find the translations on the site with the first search result. (The translator(s) ask that people don't link directly to the files.) I just downloaded and installed 'My Dear Prince' and the English patch as well, and it worked for me. I haven't tried with the other games, however.
Sono Hanabira Ni Kuchizuke Wo Anime
And I downloaded 'Lily Platinum', but it's not in English or Japanese and I haven't found a way to understand a single thing they're saying. If you understand spoken Japanese, or are only interested in getting to the CGs, I suppose that could be sufficient for you. I don't really play these much at all, so sorry I can't be more helpful. Lily Platinum is over on the SonoHana section of listlessink in between Melting Hot Adult Kiss and Maidens of Michael.
Not sure if Lena wants the link posted, but she posted it herself in a comment below, so I don't think she'll get me in trouble. П˜€ As for “My Sworn Love for You”, I found a link to the CGs, but it's pictures, not video.
I'm not sure if she wants me posting a link to that, so if you'd like, you could fill out the Contact Me form over on the sidebar. I'll email you back with it. Also, I found a link to download the VN, but I haven't actually installed it yet (I'm downloading it rn.). It's in 2 parts, and you have to wait 20 minutes between downloads.
If you want, I'll give you that too, but I doubt it's translated. I dont know if anyone else has this problem, but my visual novel reader suddenly stopped working on for my Sono Hana Maidens of Michael. If i try to open the game with the reader a message saying “Hanamika Exe has stopped working. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is found,” The novel works, just not with my translator. I thought about redownloading the game but then i would lose my saved files and im not even sure if it will work. The VN reader works on my Lovers of the Atelier and Shirayuki no Kishi, but not for Maidens of Michael.
Does anyone know how to fix it? The name of my Visual novel reader is: Visual Novel Reader.
Kadi te has bol ve madan maddi mp3 free download. SonoHana is one of the better known yuri titles in the eroge world, and the from back in February has introduced me to the first game in the long-running series. The sole franchise of the company, SonoHana‘s most distinctive trait is its idealized portrayal of love and sex in the male-targeted yuri tradition.
Some would call it a smut, others would call it a pure love story that’s impure in all the right places. Both are somewhat right. What I do know is that the game isn’t a bad way to spend $20 and 5 hours. First off, it’s worth mentioning that this game – this entire series, in fact – is illustrated by, the wonderful artist who brought us the original designs in the recent Mayoi Neko Overrun anime. Despite the fact that Fuguriya is listed as a doujin circle and their games are sold on, both the artist and the writer are listed as having contributed to commercial games prior to the release of the first SonoHana installment. Is the scenarist, as his most notable title outside of the series appears to be by (incidentally, was also written by Sano and drawn by Peko, and it looks decent on the surface).
Unfortunately, I haven’t played his other games so I can’t comment on his writing style. Anyway, despite its gorgeous art, SonoHana is definitely not a high-budget commercial game. You can’t tell by looking at the screenshots, but the paper dolls are somewhat lacking in expressions, and some scenes give off that amateur feel where the text hardly matches the visuals. The music is also extremely forgettable though I have no idea who composed it.
Of course, what the game lacks in those regards it more than makes up for visually. Peko’s style is extremely appealing to me as a bishoujo fan, and there’s nothing lacking about the sprites or the event CGs. The entire game is, for lack of a better word, delicious. I’d like to comment on the, but really, it speaks for itself. One thing that surprised me was the voice acting.
SonoHana feels like anything but doujin when you hear the voice actresses alongside the onscreen visuals. I believe only one of the two seiyuu have worked on a wide variety of eroge, but there’s no doubt that the performance feels professional. The dialogue is also quite well written, which leads to perhaps the most important aspect of the game: the characters. It should be obvious by now that SonoHana has no plot – two girls meet, yada yada yada, they end up intertwined in each other’s slender white arms – but the characters are amusing. Nanami, the protagonist, is the energetic yet easily flustered type who falls for her onee-sama at first sight, yet she has a head on her shoulders and usually plays the tsukkomi role.
Yuuna is somewhat like the air-headed ara-ara older sister type, and she treats Nanami almost like how Shizuma treats Nagisa in Strawberry Panic (in other words, like a stuffed animal). Luckily Nanami is usually occasionally able to keep her cool, and the interaction between them ranges from cute to hilarious. The dynamic between them is a ton of fun, and it makes for a great accompaniment to a story that isn’t serious or particularly romantic to begin with. This is basically the only CG I can post here. To sum it up in a sentence, SonoHana‘s greatest success is its ability to have fun and do what it does best.
It’s definitely a nukige; the majority of the CGs aren’t safe enough for me to post here, and the ratio of ero scenes to normal dialogue is around 1:1. It’s very, very difficult to not joke about the literal translation of the title – “Kissing the Petals”, if you know what I mean. Still, the game proves to be more than just hollow gratification. Without bogging themselves down with forced drama, the characters are able to act freely and get a laugh or a d’aww out of the reader while showcasing Peko’s excellent designs and living out the yuri fantasy in the most romanticized way possible.
It takes a lot for a nukige to feel pure. In conclusion, give the game a shot if you’re into yuri and don’t demand a plot out of every eroge you play. It’s probably the only well-known yuri visual novel available in English at the moment, and it certainly lives up to its name.
ETERNAL つづく Tagged as:,. Hmm I remember looking at this a long time ago and then giving up after10 minutes? For some reason this style REALLY doesn’t agree with me. And for Mayoi Neko Overrun, I believe in Kentaro Yabuki and only Kentaro Yabuki. But it’s interesting though. This might be really weird, but this post reminded me that yaoi and yuri are eerily alike. Except, if this was yaoi the title wouldn’t be kissing the petals, it would bewait, what would it be?
Sono Hanabira Ni Kuchizuke Wo
Yeah, I’ll stop writing now September 10, 2010 at 7:41 pm.
Sono Hanabira Ni Kuchizuke Wo: Risa X Miya Gekijou
What the title says. Where can I find an English patch for Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke o 4: Itoshisa no Photograph (or any Sono Hanabira ni Kuchizuke vn)? The owner of the site that almost everyone links to is not legally allowed to distribute his translations anymore,so I'm having a lot of trouble finding one. If anyone already has one downloaded, can you quickly add it to dropbox or something and link me, would appreciate. EDIT: I managed to find and download an English version of the game but I'd still like to know where to find English patches for the rest of the Sono Hanabira VNs.
